What time is check in/out time?

Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Please contact us for late check-in.

What do you have inside the cottage?

We have beds, shower, bathtub, kitchen, consumer electronics (stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, pot and TV), and amenities (toothbrush, face towel, bath towel, shampoo and body wash).

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes.

Can I smoke inside the cottages?

No, smoking is not allowed in the cottages. You may smoke outside.

Where is the nearest JR station?

JR Shintoku Station. You can take taxi to Murase Farm (40 min). Please note that there is no public transportation available to Murase Farm.

Do you have pick-up service?

No, we do not have a pick-up service.

Can I pay by credit card?

No, cash only.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

What is the average temperature in the Tokachi region?
